Beirut Port Landmark is a visionary mixed-use development designed to redefine the city’s waterfront skyline through contemporary architecture and dynamic public spaces. The project features two sculptural towers connected by a multi-level podium that integrates commercial, retail, and public functions into a unified urban destination.
Inspired by the movement of the sea and the energy of Beirut, the architecture is characterized by fluid forms, transparent glass façades, and elegant structural lines that create a distinctive landmark visible from both the city and the waterfront. The podium serves as a vibrant public hub, connecting indoor and outdoor spaces while encouraging social interaction and pedestrian activity.
Designed to accommodate offices, retail, hospitality, and public amenities, the development combines functionality with architectural innovation. Sustainable design principles, generous public plazas, landscaped spaces, and panoramic views contribute to an environment that supports business, tourism, and urban life. The project aims to become a symbol of Beirut’s resilience and future growth, establishing a new gateway between the city and the Mediterranean Sea.
