Description:
PHENICIA is a contemporary architectural statement in Abidjan, defined by strong horizontal volumes carved by sharp, angular gestures within the façade. The building’s composition alternates between solid masses and transparent bands, creating a dynamic tension between opacity and lightness. Deeply recessed glazing and sculpted edges enhance depth and shadow, while the layered form reinforces the project’s scale and presence. This controlled geometric language transforms PHENICIA into a refined urban landmark, expressing strength, precision, and modern elegance within Abidjan’s growing metropolitan landscape.
